Homemade Cashew Butter

posted on July 30th, 2008 ·

Maybe making buttery food at late night is not the best idea; I haven’t been able to stop nibbling on the cashew butter since I made it at 11 PM. But the cashew butter is homemade without any preservatives, so why not have some when it’s freshest. Guinea Pig will be paying the price for munching at late night tomorrow, either in the pool or the gym.

Guinea Pig Keeps You Informed

posted on July 28th, 2008 ·

While 3 deaths in the last two weeks during triathlon events may have scared you from ever participating in an endurance event, we can prevent such tragedies from happening by visiting our family doctors regularly, finding ways to get rid of stress, eating healthy, and exercising frequently to keep our body in sync.

I, as an amateur triathlete, am a bit of shaken up after knowing these deaths, especially the one that happened in my NYC Triathlon. However, choosing to compete in triathlons is my way to appreciate life; I can swim, bike, and run with my own power. Also, I always look for way to challenge myself physically and mentally, within a reasonable limitations.

I hope the articles that I have shared with you above serve as a guide to train and compete smartly. Good luck, the Sweaty Guinea Pig will keep you informed.
