my favorite fruit bruchetta: lightly toasted bread drizzled with olive oil, topped with a mixture of diced mangos and finely chopped basil, and sprinkled generously with pecorino romano cheese (i usually leave the thing in the oven for a few minutes before i eat).
but this sounds really good too. did you do anything to the asparagus or berries?
