Main sets:
- 9 x 50 meters freestyle; broken down to 3 sets of 3, going from easy to medium to hard.
- 200 meters E.Z. freestyle
Pre-race drill:
- 5 starts
Warm-down:
- 100 meter E.Z.
Total: 2050 meters
